This gorgeous Barbie is from 1998.  She has a beautiful Mint Green Gown with delicate Pink accents and Antique-colored Lace trim. She is handcrafted from Porcelain Bisque. On the box, she is serial numbered #23573.
She is absolutely beautiful with curls of Golden-Brown hair, a Fascinator with Pink Roses, and a tiny Cameo Brooch. Her large Bustle and Puff Sleeves are very Victorian in style. She looks ready for an English Tea Party!
The Doll Stand's base is missing, but it appears to be just a generic clear plastic Barbie stand. She comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
She comes in the Original Box with Styrofoam inserts, though it has been opened and there is some light wear.
