    . Unissued-Uncirculated. Incorporated in 1897 in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Company seal lower left. ".50 Preferred Stock". Less than 100 shares. Facsimile signatures of company vice president and secretary. Certificate is about 7.5" x 11.5". Black print with purple overprint/underprint.
    Beautiful vignette with a streamlined figure with wings and "VOX VOLAT" to the right - Latin for 'Flight of Speech' or 'The Voice Has Wings'.
