This item appears to be in used condition.   Circular wear marks appear on the large end of the bell, on the flat MT mounting face. The Morse Taper connection does not appear to indicate any slipping wear or other visible signs of wear.  The tapered part holding working edges of the bell do not indicate wear but, do have some surface rust from handling and storage. The center appears to be in great condition except as noted above.  New list price is 2.06.
